All services are subject to availability and our operational capacity. We reserve the right to refuse service or deny entry to our restaurant for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to capacity limitations, health and safety concerns, or inappropriate behaviour.

Reservation confirmations will be provided via email or telephone. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff shortages, equipment failures, or force majeure events.
Cancellation or modification of reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Failure to arrive for your reservation without notice may result in restrictions on future bookings. We reserve the right to release reserved tables after a 15-minute grace period from the reservation time.
For large groups or special events, additional terms and deposit requirements may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss arrangements for parties of 8 or more people.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Dutch VAT. Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, debit card, or major credit cards as accepted by joliotazrc.
For special events or large group bookings, we may require advance payment or deposits. Any deposits paid are non-refundable except in cases where joliotazrc cancels the reservation due to circumstances within our control.
Service charges or gratuities are at the discretion of our guests. While not mandatory, tips are appreciated by our staff for exceptional service.
